A cook for A Child's World and current President of Niagara Beyond The Blue; Anna is married to a Niagara Regional Police Constable and a mother of four. Anna's husband was critically injured while on duty and faced a long road to recovery, but has since returned to full duty. Anna wants to share her families story with other police families and make them aware of the resources available to help with the unique factors that Police families face and reduce the stigma around Mental Health.

*Adam is a current employee of the Niagara Regional Police Service and son of a retired Detective Sergeant of the Niagara Regional Police Service. Adam also has an older brother with disabilities. Adam wants to share his experiences and knowledge with other police families to show that mental health is very serious and that speaking up is healthier then keeping it bottled up, with Niagara Beyond the Blue no one is alone.

Dilnaz Garda, a high school teacher with the York Regional District School Board, is dedicated to sharing her personal experience with mental illness in the hopes of encouraging others to share their stories and join in the movement of normalizing discussion around mental health. In 2016, tragedy struck her family when Toronto Police Constable Darius Garda, brother of Dilnaz, died by suicide while dealing with PTSD and other mental health issues. As the current President of TBTB, Dilnaz works to make a sustainable cultural shift in the area of mental health and well-being for TPS officers/members and their families.
